Specific projects are also governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence where there's any conflict.

2. Use of our website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it - for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or copy content without permission. All content on this site, including text, design, logos and code, is owned by OneStackSolution unless stated otherwise.
3. Quotes and proposals
Any pricing shown or discussed is an estimate until confirmed in a written proposal. A project is considered agreed once you accept a proposal and any required deposit is paid. We'll always confirm scope, timeline and cost in writing before work begins.
4. Payment
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion.
- Retainer and subscription services are billed in advance for each period.
- Late payments may pause work and, where applicable, incur reasonable late fees.
5. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on track, you agree to provide the content, access, feedback and approvals we need in a timely way. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You confirm that any materials you give us (text, images, data) don't infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, the final deliverables - code, designs and content we create specifically for you - become yours. We may retain ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, components and know-how that we reuse across clients, and we may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. AI-generated outputs
Some deliverables may be produced with the help of AI tools. While we review outputs for quality, AI systems can occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for final review and approval before anything goes live, and we recommend keeping a human in the loop for important decisions.
8. Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, model providers, ad networks and analytics). Their performance, pricing and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Warranties and liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStackSolution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Support and revisions
Each proposal specifies what revisions and support are included. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we proceed.
11. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice as set out in the relevant proposal. If you cancel, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable. We may suspend or end services if these Terms are breached.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
